The Client Experience and Design group is responsible for the ensuring the voice of the client is embedded in the way we design, develop and deliver services to New Zealanders.  Through client and channel experience design we are constantly looking for ways to make it easy to deal with us.  Never satisfied with the status quo we are always looking for more effective service models and how we can deliver the right services to the right clients at the right time.

About the Role

The Heartbeat project is one of the Ministry's key priorities and is focused on seeking clients' feedback, understanding the insights the feedback provides and then using the feedback to improve our services. The Project Administrator role will work closely with the Project Manager and Surveys and Dashboards Workstream Lead as the team rolls out a Client Experience Dashboard to Service Centre's nationwide.

We are seeking a passionate Project Administrator who is excited about working in a busy, dynamic and complex environment. You'll primarily be supporting a travelling team of trainers as they work their way around New Zealand, but you'll need to get stuck in to whatever it takes to help get the job done. Reporting to the Head of Client and Channel Experience, you'll provide a full range of support services where your days are varied, and the team are fun. 

Key tasks will include:

• Administrative support to the Project Manager and wider Project Team
• Coordination of training logistics and travel
• Setting up new users in our online Dashboard
• Engaging with EA's in our regions to support the above

To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with technology and proficient across the suite of Microsoft products and not be afraid to try new ways of working.
