The Investment Management and Asset Performance (IMAP) team has an opportunity for a motivated and talented Project Coordinator to join its team.

About IMAP

The IMAP team's goal is to support an effective investment decision-making and management system. As a Project Coordinator within IMAP you will be working in a team that is responsible for the Crown's investments and this will give you exposure to significant Government investments, including the team's involvement across 688 significant projects and programmes delivered by 53 agencies.

Therefore you will be working right across the government coordinating work on these various projects and providing:

  • Project coordination for the IMAP work programme and the Investment Reviews programme
  • Planview training and user support
  • Support services as required 

You will be a key part of our team, helping us lift performance of the State Services in delivering value from change investments.

About You

  • Experienced project coordinator with an ability to manage work streams, budgets and deadlines
  • Experience working with cross government project management tools
  • Highly developed administration, organisational and reporting skills with a flair in the compilation and the coordination of people, documents and data
  • Prince2 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience providing secretariat for senior governance groups (e.g. ministerial groups) would be advantageous
  • Experience developing and maintaining project risk and issue registers
  • Strong experience in contract administration, invoicing and other core business processes
  • Customer centric with excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and great attention to detail
