Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The Director, Tītoko - Centre for Student Success (Tītoko) is currently recruiting an experienced Programme Manager on a two-year fixed-term. The role will work closely with senior members pan-University, and stakeholders from across faculties, central services units, and student bodies.
Based in Titoko Centre for Student Success the role is responsible for the programme management and integrated transition management of the Student Success Programme. The objectives being to increase student admissions, improve retention, significantly enhance the student experience across the student journey, and deliver consistent and timely services that students' value.
Ō pūmanawa - About you
You will be an accredited Programme Manager who can demonstrate programme and governance experience in large IT environments where significant transition and transformation have taken place.
You will have a proven track record of project delivery from concept to production, where you have honed your skills in relationship and risk management, as well as conflict resolution.
You will be a highly organised self-starter who expects and produces high-quality documents. You are a natural relationship builder, who can bring structure and order to complex situations and by doing so simplify them.
- Certifications including PMI, Prince 2, ITIL,Prosci
- Use of Microsoft 365 applications as well as MS Project or similar, and the standard MS Office suite
- Tertiary qualifications
