2x Senior Advisors - Safe, Strong Families and Communities

We are seeking two energetic Senior Advisors to join the Building Financial Capability team. These roles offer exciting and challenging opportunities to work closely with the community and across-government, and be part of wider dedicated Safe, Strong Families and Communities team.
About our Team
The Safe, Strong Families and Communities (SSFC) team sits within the Maori, Communities and Partnerships Group at MSD. The current focus of the SSFC team is MSD's response to sexual violence, family violence, financial capability and supporting rural services across New Zealand. In our work, we make a real and positive difference for communities, through the services we invest in and the support we give.
About the Role
In these roles you will be responsible for leading work focused on analysing, designing, developing and implementing a range of social support services for New Zealanders. The core component of these roles is working with financial capability sector to support the availability, accessibility and quality of services that responds to the needs of communities across New Zealand.
To be successful in the roles you will be excellent at:
• Building effective collaborative relationships across a range of stakeholders
• Human-centred and / or systems-focused design
• Implementing and managing programmes of work
• Delivering robust solutions to achieve positive outcomes
• Exercising sound judgement and managing risk
Demonstrated experience and / or knowledge of Te Ao Māori and Pacific cultures and values will be an advantage and demonstrates individual cultural capital, which is required to be successful in these roles.
Salary range: $94,834 - $105,000
