About the role:
As the Team Leader Educational Technologies you'll be leading the development and support of our learning technology to ensure more efficient, flexible and blended learning solutions to meet the current and future needs of Fire and Emergency New Zealand.
In this key role you'll be managing and maintaining a fit for purpose Learning Management System, providing oversight for online training administration systems and supporting the development of our Education Technologies team. You'll also work in close collaboration with Fire and Emergency New Zealand's Learning Development and ICT teams to ensure learning solutions meet internal technical requirements and fulfil the needs of our learners.
This is a fixed term role for 6 months.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Adept at building collaborative working relationships with a wide range of people and organisations
- Significant experience in developing online educational solutions
- Sound problem solving skills in a complex operating environment
- Expert knowledge of contemporary educational approaches, products and technologies
- Demonstrated ability in promoting and implementing technological change
- Exceptional time management skills
