Our Business Partnering Team sits within People Group. Our HR Business Partners connect with all parts of the Ministry to support managers with their strategies, culture, leadership, capability and performance needs.
About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work closely with our HR Business Partners. Your key focus will be to support managers to establish and embed people projects, as well as build organisational and leadership capability.
Key accountabilities include:
• Contributing to the development of workforce
strategies that contribute to strategic goals
• Contributing to succession pipelines and talent and resourcing strategies
• Undertaking best practice research
• Supporting change management processes
• Providing support and delivery around HR programmes of work
Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will offer:
• Strong generalist HR experience, particularly gained in medium to large
organisations
• Demonstrated experience in delivering change management
• Sound understanding of the use of organisational/people metrics to drive
organisational change
• Well developed negotiation and influencing skills
• A genuine desire to be a ‘trusted advisor' to the organisation
Complementing these skillsets, we are seeking a person with energy, drive and enthusiasm.

Salary range: $94,834 - $115,908
