Senior Advisor Planning & Analysis

 
•    Identify opportunities and implement solutions.

•    Key relationship management across Service Delivery and the wider

      Ministry.

•    Permanent role, National Office, Wellington.


We have a great opportunity for a Senior Advisor Planning and Analysis to assist the General Manager in providing day to day leadership and work programme management.

 

This is a key role where you'll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders within Service Delivery and across MSD.
 

You'll be responsible for providing professional support to ensure the quality of outputs in your areas of responsibility, including the management of projects, practice and processes. You'll work collaboratively with key stakeholders to promote the interests and objectives of Service Delivery and the Ministry.
  

Key attributes we are looking for: 

  • Leadership experience, skilled in building and supporting efficient teams, projects and processes.
  • Knowledge and experience mentoring and supporting others.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing and business case preparation.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to create actionable recommendations and solutions.
  • Able to summarise results and insights into products and tools that are visual, consumable and a point of reference for our stakeholders and users.
  • Knowledge of SAS an advantage.
      

This is a great role to influence the Planning and Analysis work programme, build sector wide relationships and provide strategic and operational advice. If you have a desire to drive continuous improvement and a strong background in Planning and Analysis, we would like to hear from you.

Salary range: $94,834.00 - $115,908.00
