Location: National Office in Wellington

We are going through some exciting change and this is great time for passionate leaders to join the MSD Information Group, where you will have the opportunity to influence the future approach and implementation of our new operating model.
The Information Group is part of MSD's Organisational Assurance and Communications Unit providing Information Management (including Library services), Security and Privacy assurance services across MSD. With an ever-increasing demand for our services, our transformative operating model looks to the future needs of MSD, ensuring we have the capacity and capability to effectively deliver our Information functions.
To enable this change, we are growing and we have six Manager roles who will report to the Directors, Information Group and be responsible for delivering the Group's functional objectives. Our Manager will also ensure the capability development and performance of the individuals in our new multi-disciplinary teams.
In these roles, you will enable the design and delivery of products and services and provide delivery leadership for your team. Your expertise and strengths in planning, critical and creative thinking will ensure you lead new ways of working, are open for new thinking and play a critical role in the delivery of MSD strategic priorities.
As our ideal candidates you will have significant experience across a few of these capabilities:
- Strategic planning and performance
- Risk management and assurance,
- Policy development and implementation,
- Education and capability development programmes,
- Information operations and administration
- Service delivery and management
