We have an exciting opportunity within our Enterprise Portfolio Office for a Senior Business Analyst to help contribute to these goals by working on large change projects. We are looking for a well-rounded Senior BA, who has technical and business experience, and can be a leader within their project and wider Enterprise Portfolio Office team.

We are looking for someone who:

  • is pro-active and enjoys working collaboratively with great people to solve problems creatively
  • has technical and business BA experience and skills
  • keeps the customer in mind
  • can build and maintain relationships across the organisation
  • can drive and manage business and software requirements to an established practice and quality standards
  • can work within systems and solutions to determine whether they can meet the business requirements
  • can facilitate workshops and presentations
  • can take a lead role within project teams to collaboratively deliver agreed capability using traditional and agile methods
  • can identify risks and issues within projects and recommend solutions to resolve these.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • ideally a minimum of five years' experience as a business analyst, two as a senior, on different types of projects (technical and business process)
  • in depth experience using business analysis tools, techniques and methodologies, ideally across different industries
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy and patience
  • demonstrated leadership and creativity within your projects and business analysis team
  • contributed to the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope, to the targeted quality.
