We are ideally seeking applicants that have a proven military or civilian background in aviation i.e. a flying or ground based role in support of flying operations. Alternatively you may have a significant experience in Health or Human Factors. In addition to this we are also keen to hear from applicants who can demonstrate a strong background in instructional design and training delivery using best practice learning methodology. A key piece of work you will be involved in collaborating with our international counterparts within the military aerospace medicine community.   With a strong focus on research and development you will be joining a team that is proactive and innovative; they are passionate about aviation medicine and are excited about the journey ahead.

As an individual you are self managing, passionate and proactive in your approach. You will enjoy being part of a dynamic team of qualified professionals.   The ability to travel internationally is essential for this role. A good degree of physical fitness is needed as you will undertake hypobaric chamber related work. In addition to this you must have a full driver licence.
