Case Managers, Residential Subsidy Unit – Whangārei - Permanent
4 x Full time, Permanent opportunities (37.55 hours per week)
Start date will be by mid July 2023

What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
As a Case Manager Residential Subsidy, you will be working with a dedicated team to analyse, assess and determine eligibility for financial assistance for clients in residential care to support their health, security and well-being. Our focus is to deliver quality service to our clients so that they have a positive experience every time they engage with MSD.
We operate to provide full service to our clients between the business hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm.

We are looking for people who can work in a fast paced, pressured environment and have the confidence to make good, considered decisions. You'll have strong people skills and be able to negotiate outcomes. Empathy, conscientiousness and problem-solving are some of your key strengths. You'll have the ability to put the client at the centre and understand their unique situation and challenges. You'll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and self-management skills.
