Operations Analyst Contact Centre - Dunedin

Our Operations Analysts work to support sites within Contact Centre Service and Client Service Delivery.
Although we work closely as one team, we are located across the country to help optimise operational performance.
It is a complex and high performing environment that makes extensive use of technologies.
Key elements of the role include: operational planning, monitoring work queues and staff resources and schedules, analysing and reporting performance statistics, recommending solutions to improve performance, and implementing and monitoring changes that will improve service delivery.
We are looking for someone who:
• has a background in operational performance and is passionate about continually improving service delivery
• has strong knowledge of data analysis, extraction and reporting
• understands business performance measurement
• has excellent client focus and relationship management skills
• is able to work autonomously as part of a geographically dispersed team
• has a willingness to learn and enjoys working in a team based environment

Position Description
Salary range: $75,943.00 to $91,931.00
