Customer Service Representatives - Waitakere Contact Centre

 


Fixed Term / Secondment ending 30.04.2018


We are seeking motivated individuals, with excellent communication skills to provide a high level of customer service to Work and Income clients over the phone.


As a Customer Service Representative in our Henderson based Contact Centre, you will quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance. You will respond to client requests for information and support in line with legislation and policy. To do well in this role you must be able to talk on the phone, navigate through our computer systems and type notes at the same time. You must be able to work full time rostered shifts with varying times between 6:55am and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday and between 7:55am and 6:00pm on Saturday.

You must have:

  • Flexibility to work the shift demands outlined above
  • Clear verbal communication over the phone and active listening skills
  • Good computer literacy and be a fast learner
  • NZ Citizenship or a Permanent Resident visa (this is a level 4/5 ANZSCO position)
