Job Description

The State Services Commission (SSC) leads the public sector to make a positive difference for New Zealand and New Zealanders.

As a business unit within the State Services Commission, the Leadership Development Centre is the primary delivery vehicle for sector-wide leadership development.

We are looking for a Graduate who has tertiary qualification in HR or Organisational Psychology and is detail conscious with strong data skills.

Are you

  • Passionate and curious about data and analytics

  • Tech Savvy

Do you have

  • A theoretical knowledge of leadership development and/or organisational development including a tertiary qualification in HR Management or Organisational Psychology
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Attention to detail
  • A passion for HR/OD including leadership development
  • Self-awareness and curiosity
  • An ability to self-motivate and demonstrated initiative
  • An ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders at different levels
