Tetūnga | The role

The Workforce Strategy and Mobility team (through the Workforce Mobility Hub) play a significant role in rapidly deploying public servants to respond to and recover from the COVID crisis. The team is now looking ahead to how we might attract, recruit and mobilise public servants in non-crisis times too.
This role is responsible for providing strategic and operational support and will:
Provide Secretariat services to and managing the relationship with the Heads of HR rōpū alongside the Director HR Capability and Head of Profession
Manage the relationship with various rōpū across the public service
Develop guidance related to workforce strategy and mobility
Undertake day-to-day work required to support system level attraction, recruitment and mobility
Lead the planning, development and implementation of discrete work items which contribute to achieving the team's outcomes.

This position usually pays between $99,200 to $116,700 depending on skills and experience.
