Working in our Employment Relations team, you'll be provided with strong leadership, guidance and development, not to mention the support you'll get from a fun and caring team.

On a daily basis you'll be responsible for:

  • providing effective and efficient employment relations advice, policy development and guidance across the business
  • delivering proactive, targeted solutions so that ACC Managers and employees are supported to maintain excellent workplace relations.

You will bring:

  • experience in navigating and successfully resolving ER issues
  • knowledge of NZ's employment legislation framework and a good understanding of performance management principles
  • experience as an ER Consultant at a large complex organisation, a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable
  • preferable from a Legal background but not necessary
  • a natural influencer with strong personal traits in stakeholder management, facilitation and mediation.
