Our Information Technology and Architecture group plays a key role in managing ACC's technology capability and environment to ensure the business is supported and ready for the future of work.

This is an exciting permanent Business Consultant opportunity, reporting into the Head of Architecture. Where you will require to proactively and holistically develop an integrated view of the business, in the context of the enterprise, using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. You will translate the business needs and govern alignment of the solutions to the business outcomes. Our Business Consultants work closely with business stakeholders, other business consultants and enterprise architects to ensure pragmatic strategies and roadmaps are delivered. This is a leading role in the successful delivery of working, fit for purpose integrated solutions.

Core elements of the role include the following:

  • Develop a business architecture strategy for business units based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations
  • Responsible for the business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of business units in the context of the enterprise
  • Develop a reference framework in which Agile approaches can operate and ensure that the outputs from the Agile processes are contributing to the organisations strategic goals
