We're looking for a proven leader to support the delivery of investment change initiatives. You'll be responsible for leading, developing, and coaching a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts located in Christchurch. Working in close collaboration with a second Investment Delivery team you will support successful delivery of change across the organisation.

You'll establish and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels to support the organisation's investments and ensure consistency of delivery and governance approaches. As a member of the Enterprise Portfolio Office's (EPO's) leadership team, you'll assist in delivering on the unit business plan, co-design working investment processes, provide assurance on project/programme boards, and directly support business managers and executives on investment-related matters.

Your ability to lead and coach will be vital to the effective functioning of the EPO and its journey to lift the organisation's investment maturity. You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, brokering pragmatic solutions to challenges that arise.

Ideally, you'll have at least five years of people leadership experience, a strong project /programme environment background, and be a proven strategic thinker who can respond rapidly to a changing organisational environment.
