What is the role?

As a result of internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced people leader with strong analytical and operational planning skills to lead a small team of analysts that have a range of different strengths and skills. Some of the responsibilities the team have are designing effective collection survey strategies, establishing and maintaining strong internal relationships, creating and maintaining robust workforce/resource plans, satisfying reporting needs, pushing for performance, and influencing innovation and change.

To be successful in this role, you are expected to have experience in:

  • people leadership
  • strong analytical and numerical skills
  • operational planning
  • workforce /resource planning or financial planning
  • stakeholder management.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate most of the following:

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to provide insightful analysis to the business
  • Identify and lead initiatives to improve current state
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to interact across all levels within the organisation
  • Confident with challenging the status quo in a respectful manner
  • Passion for improving performance and outcomes
