What you'll be doing | He aha tāu e mahi ana
As the face of the organisation, our Case Managers will engage with and work alongside our clients to support them into employment. You will have in-depth discussions with our clients to uncover employment options and appropriate financial independence support. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. On any given day you'll interview clients, either over the phone or face to face, all with different circumstances and receiving different types of support from us. You'll work with clients to navigate through changing labour markets and opportunities, empower them to achieve their goals and to take steps towards a better future with sustainable employment.

You will be pragmatic and empathetic and enjoy helping people from all backgrounds. You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills. In addition to this, you will bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative and take ownership and responsibility to follow through and deliver for the people in our community.

Salary range: $68,660.00 - $83,003.00
