WAITER – BELLAMYS BY LOGAN BROWN

 

Bellamys by Logan Brown Restaurant and Bar is situated in the Beehive on Level 3. Previously only open to those working in the precinct we are now open to the general public. We like all of our guests to experience a welcoming, inspiring and genuine taste of our place, our people and the produce that makes us proud to be a Kiwi - Kia Ora, Kai, Kaitiaki.

 

We are looking for 1 person full time to work 30-40 hours a week, rostered shifts 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. Shifts will be predominantly in Bellamys by Logan Brown Restaurant and Pickwicks with the addition of shifts in Copperfields Café and Function work.

 

We are looking for someone that can fit into many environments with ease that is also comfortable working split shifts and evenings. The suitable applicant will be passionate about food, wine, relish the rush of a busy service and have a natural inclination to look after people as if they were in they were in their own home. They love the business because they love being a part of a team and looking for opportunities to help others and be better. We are looking for some who has an excellent work ethic and reliability record. We are looking for someone who already knows hospitality is the career for them and is seeking a long term career opportunity.

- Proven waitering skills and a record of professionalism

- Genuine spirit of hospitality; for guests and the team

- Has a strong, positive and confident personality

- A consistent performer who copes well under pressure

- A confident and proactive communicator

- Energy and stamina to work shifts

- Takes pride in their personal presentation

- Has attention to detail

- Has a minimum of 1 year full time experience in a busy, quality dining establishment

 

We will train the successful applicant thoroughly to use our proven systems as well as training them about all of our fine products.
