Advisor: Organisational Development

Police National Headquarters, Wellington

Remuneration range $80,902 – $109,457

To be successful in this role you will have:


  • The drive to deliver results, ability to identify solutions and positive attitude to making change
  • Engaging communication skills that reach people from diverse backgrounds whether it's written or spoken
  • 1-3 years of experience contributing to the design, development and implementation of HR/OD initiatives that have had a business s impact
  • The ability to research, plan, co-ordinate and communicate your own work
