Director of Enterprise Delivery at Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Wellington - Wairarapa

Te tūranga - The role

As a Director and member of the Leadership team cohort within Te Pūtea Matua, you are required to lead and work collaboratively with Executive Leadership team (ELT) and your peers, operating as a role model for our values (inclusion/wānanga, integrity/tauira, innovation/taura) and for ensuring our desired culture and ways of working.

You will lead the enterprise delivery function to ensure business strategies and objectives are being delivered/enacted via quarterly and annual business planning cycles. You will provide advice, guidance and support to the ELT, the Leadership team and our people to ensure delivery in accordance with our priorities and to achieve optimal outcomes across Te Pūtea Matua to reach our vision of Great Team, Best Central Bank - Matangirua ki Matangireia.

Ō pūkenga - About you

The Director of Enterprise Delivery will ensure that there is outstanding project, programme and portfolio management across Te Pūtea Matua. You will provide strategic thought leadership and will influence across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the organisations strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills that allow you to engage and adjust context for people at all levels of the organisation
  • The ability to develop, motivate, and lead our people to perform at their best
  • The strategic nouse to align business plans and implement, ensuring that there is sufficient resource and appropriate focus
  • Proven experience in building, fostering, and enabling a high performing, collaborative, inclusive and diverse organisational culture
