Job Description

ACC's vision is to create a unique partnership with every New Zealander, improving their quality of life by minimising the incidence and impact of injury. Our ACC Talent Acquisition team has shifted to a partnership model moving away from transactional delivery to value-add, high-touch talent solutions where we manage all aspects of the recruitment delivery lifecycle.

With a focus on being candidate centric, you will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant bringing core recruitment, and strong recruitment delivery experience. To ensure the right level of partnering approach with our Business Leaders, you will know how to source candidate proactively through multiple sourcing channels, understand the importance of candidate engagement (conversations/campaigns and coaching), and robust recruitment advice to our Hiring Manager supporting them with candidate evaluation and interviewing and market insights.

Key skills required to be successful in this role will be:

  • ideally six to eight years' core recruitment experience in either in-house/ RPO or agency working specialist roles (ideally finance, analytics)
  • experience with sourcing candidates within a fast-paced environment using multiple sourcing channels (not just job boards or LinkedIn)
  • confidence in managing a database of Contractors who are engaged in ACC, ensuring compliance around renewals, workforce planning and contractual documentation
  • providing recruitment coaching and guidance to business leaders with confidence, being knowledgeable with best-practice Talent Acquisition models.

With one of the team being assigned to a project, this fixed-term assignment will enable you to develop skills in best practice talent acquisition, enjoy an attractive salary plus 9% Super and be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about best-in-class recruitment.

At ACC, we recognise that diversity, inclusion and accessibility is important to our business. We embrace the unique perspective and capabilities of our current and future employees, which will help us continue to drive innovation and achieve our business goals. Our culture enables us to create an environment of involvement, respect and connection with the communities where we work - benefitting individual employees and all our clients across New Zealand.

If you are looking to move into a partnership role that focuses on recruitment delivery and where you can add value to our business leaders, we would love to hear from you. You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
