You will be responsible for building and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders within Technology and Transformation and other business units. Your focus will be on delivering benefits and maximizing value through all of ACC's ICT spend.

You're good at what you do, having significant experience in ICT commercial. Your strong commercial and procurement background, as well as sound leadership, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and knowledge in commercial management and procurement, will be critical to the success of the role.

You're an energetic, motivated, action orientated person who has proven experience in delivering benefits and value to all stakeholders. Business engagement is important to the success of this role and you will have a track-record of working collaboratively with other leaders and partners to deliver commercial outcomes in a complex and changing environment. You'll be comfortable operating in the 'grey' and will bring your customer focus to bear as you build trusted relationships.

Core elements of the role are to:

  • lead and run activities within the IT category of spend
  • provide broad commercial advice
  • supply market and strategy development
  • develop and drive a planned series of initiatives
  • work across BAU and project teams
  • work closely with Legal Services and Communications teams.

  • Commercial and/or sales experience
  • IT commercial or procurement background

  • Strong communicator and ability to influence others
  • Commercial law
