About the role
As an Advisor working within the LDC Core Capability team you will engage with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts and system leads, as well as co-ordinate the delivery of learning activities. You'll support the curation and creation of digital and face to face learning experiences that are highly engaging and fit-for-purpose. We love learning and we are looking for a likeminded person to come and be a part of our team.
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced with learning and development
- A strong communicator, both oral and written.
- Able to manage projects and themselves, to work on multiple projects and still meet deadlines.
- Experienced dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Experienced with digital design tools and a range of IT applications, especially MS Office.
- Knowledgeable of tikanga Māori, te ao Māori and te reo and understand the implications of te Tiriti on today's society and public service.
- Contributing to the design and development of learning assets using contemporary approaches, such as the Learning Cluster Design approach
- Supporting the delivery of on–line and face to face learning events
- Co-ordinating and collaborating with subject matter experts and the target audience throughout the design and development phase of learning product creation

The focus of the LDC is currently broadening to also include the knowledge and skills that are unique to being a public servant. This role sits within the LDC group and supports this new focus.

Salary
The full salary range for the band is $80,495 to $106, 758. We typically look to appoint to role between $80,495 to $98,718, depending on skills and experience.
