Job Description

The Business Process Improvement (BPI) function plays a vital role in ensuring we maximise the benefits expected from our transformation programme and other key initiatives to improve our customers' experience.We are investing in building our business process improvement capability.

As part of this capability build we are rolling out an organisation wide tool (Promapp) to establish a single source of truth for all our processes, policies and procedures.

What we're looking for

We are looking fora Promapp Specialist to join us and be an integral part of our roll out. You will have strength in communicating with impact, managing change effectively and be a capable trainer. You will also be able to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively to ensure that key project deliverables are completed on time. Incredibly important in this role will be your great relationship management skills and your ability to quickly and effectively form positive relationships with your customers and your colleagues.

You will be a vital link between the roll out team, our BPI team and the business - and as such you will have a number of key responsibilities, including:

  • delivering to assigned elements of the Promapp strategy and ensuring deliverables are of a high quality
  • supporting content owners and experts to deliver to expectations
  • reporting on a timely basis progress against progress
  • ensuring timely and effective delivery of Promapp activities in accordance with the roadmap
  • contributing effectively to team operating rhythms and practices to enable success
  • development of Promapp standards, guidance and training to ensure future service delivery meets stakeholder needs
  • delivery of high quality training as needed to a broad range of stakeholders
  • identifying effective ways to build/improve BPI and broader ACC Promapp capability
  • ensuring effective quality assurance of content being developed for Promapp
  • obtaining feedback on a regular basis in relation to Promapp roll out and identifying improvement opportunities
  • a demonstrable ability to think on your feet, deliver outcomes quickly and contribute positively to the success of the team.
