Take on a new marketing challenge in 2018 with Victoria University.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing star of the future to play an important role in a team responsible for the delivery of multi-channel initiatives and marketing activity across the university.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will use your branding experience and campaign delivery skills to help promote a variety of marketing campaigns, events and courses. You will be a whizz with administration and use your multi-tasking abilities to create, implement and manage integrated marketing and communications plans, as well as planning for filming and photography. The role encompasses a range of marketing related activities and the delivery of these to a consistently high level is essential.

You will have a solid background in marketing, and previous experience in digital marketing particularly. Knowledge of how to effectively manage projects and logistics would be advantageous. You will have a solid understanding of the advertising industry, having previously worked with agencies, designers and photographers in the past. It is essential that you have a strong eye for detail and quality, with a flair for creativity.

You will work with a diverse team in a flexible environment in which you will manage competing expectations. You should be able to quickly form effective working relationships across the University.

Most importantly, you must be passionate about marketing and communications.

Victoria University offers an interesting, fast-paced and challenging workplace. You will be part of a professional and supportive team where there is a focus on learning, new experiences and professional development.

This role is part of the University's wider Communications, Marketing and Engagement group. The group leads the University's internal and external marketing, communications, websites, alumni relations, publishing and events initiatives.
