Functions/Sales Coordinator

Te Papa Venues is an exciting and dynamic brand, routinely turning over 900 functions and events per year.  We are the ultimate venue within the local marketplace and we have proven success with our Venues brand.

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual with a proven track record in relationship building who can help drive sales in this highly competitive market. The role involves:

  • Coordinating events and functions within Te Papa
  • Targeting and developing potential function and sales opportunities
  • Client account management

 Our Function/Sales Coordinators are busy roles, juggling a number of different client requests and enquiries at any one time.  It is crucial that you are able to work under pressure, and negotiate and identify solutions to issues that may arise from time to time.

As our functions and events run all hours, 7 days a week, flexibility in working hours is required. All applicants must be legally able to work in New Zealand.
