Job Description

The Role:

The Technical Operations Team are looking for an experienced Capacity Manager to ensure that the Ministry's information technology resources and infrastructure are right-sized, supported and licensed to meet current and future business requirements, in a cost-effective manner.

The Capacity Manager will be responsible for the management and planning of the resources available to the Ministry's pre-production and production networks, infrastructure and environments to ensure they have sufficient capacity to meet the Ministry's business needs and to meet its changing demands.

The role is part of a dynamic team and has a wide range of stake holders, so significant relationship management and influencing skills are required.
