What we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Advisor to join our Organisational Strategy and Performance function on a 12-month fixed term, or secondment. This role will support the Principal Advisor, Organisational Strategy and Performance to deliver refreshed strategic and business planning processes, high-quality organisational performance monitoring and governance support for the PCO.
We are looking for an advisor with 2+ years of experience. You will need:
- strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- a solid understanding of the machinery of government and overall government planning, reporting and accountability processes
- experience in, or knowledge of, strategic and business planning processes, performance reporting requirements, and leadership team governance support
- to work both within a team and independently
- a high level of initiative and judgement, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
- to be a clear communicator and an advocate for plain language
