Job Description

We're looking for a person who can switch nimbly across a range of tasks from shelving and scanning, to helping maintain the Library's research collection and answering information requests.

You'll spend most of your time in the Research Resources team doing a variety of collection management tasks. You'll also spend time each week working in the Research Client Services team supplying information to Library customers.

Skills and attributes we're looking for include:

  • experience in customer service
  • great communication and collaborative team work
  • energy and aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment
  • degree, and interest in undertaking a library or information qualification.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week).
