To succeed in this role you will need a customer centric approach and a desire to make a difference. You will have the drive and confidence to work independently while contributing to team success. To succeed in this role you will need a sound affinity for the English language and the ability to tailor content for different audiences. As this is a busy environment, we're looking for someone who can work systematically, with a high attention to detail.

You will have some hands-on experience with HTML and have spent some time working with content management systems (CMS), Squiz experience would be an advantage. We will provide full training but you will bring the passion and a strong desire to learn.

No day will be exactly the same but you will help make changes to web content, provide assistance to web projects, support our web editors, and contribute to keeping our web channel up-to-date and ensure our key audiences get the information they need.

Victoria's Communications, Marketing and Engagement Group leads the University's internal and external marketing, communications, websites, alumni relations, publishing and events initiatives. The group communicates with more than 2,000 staff, 22,000 current students, more than 110,000 alumni and a diverse range of external stakeholders including prospective students.

This is a fixed-term full-time position to support a secondment.
