Job Description

This is a fixed-term role where you'll provide support and services to a range of customers at Parliament. As part of the Service Desk team you will manage the resolution of incidents and requests that will be presented to us either by phone, email, self service or walk-in. We take pride on ensuring our team is empowered to make decisions and investigate complex issues, to assist with fulfilling the needs of the customer and promote self-learning.   • Ideally two plus years experience working on a service desk
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or service delivery qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft O/S and technologies including Windows 10, Active Directory and Exchange
  • CA service desk and activate skills (desired)
  • ITIL Foundation certificated (desired)
  • PowerShell Knowledge (desired)


  • Ability to communicate to customers that may have limited IT knowledge
