Operations Technician at Wellington Water, Wellington - Wairarapa

This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week
The remuneration range for this role is $70,353 to $95,184 (including KiwiSaver) depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
As an Operations Technician you will carry out the day-to-day operations that result in the production and delivery of potable water. You will also be part of an on call roster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to continue learning, training and develop a career in the progressive Water sector. You will be supported by a great team who are passionate about what they do.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- ideally have experience in treatment plant operations or similar industry
- have some experience working on an on-call roster or shift basis previously
- have experience working in a collective and collaborative environment
- be adaptable to varying tasks and priorities
- have a Full driver's licence It would be advantageous to have a: National Certificate in water treatment, National Diploma in water treatment or Mech\Elec trade experience.
