The Change Implementation Manager is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced service management professional to be part of a dynamic team and really influence and shape the way services are delivered into the organisation.

The role sits within Information Technology and Architecture and is responsible for ensuring that new and improved services are designed and transitioned to meet operational needs and requirements as well as the governance of the Change Process.

As the Change Implementation Manager, you will advise and work closely with project and operational teams and will be heavily involved in ongoing work to establish the guidelines and frameworks for operational service support. This includes streamlining the transition into production, ensuring new services or changes are designed for both operational needs and end user requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Significant exerience in Development Methods and Techniques (infrastructure and application)
  • Significant IT Service Management experience, specifically in designing and transitioning IT services
  • Experience in change governance within an enterprise IT environment
  • Experience in techniques associated with project planning and control, for example work breakdown structures, critical path analysis, earned value
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in Risk Management methods and techniques for the assessment and management of risk
  • Proficient in Quality Management principles, methods and techniques for the effective management of quality
