The Business Innovation and Development Group drive lead and develop new ideas and leading edge solutions across the spectrum of social and affordable housing provision.

As part of the Business Innovation and Development team, the Manager is accountable for ensuring our multidisciplinary team is able to successfully deliver innovative and enduring solutions that address the ideas, opportunities and challenges presented.

Delivering a portfolio of work, the Manager will mobilise the right people from across the organisation and externally where relevant, to work on priority initiatives and actions.

By joining the Business Innovation and Development Leadership team you will apply your understanding, knowledge and expertise to analyse information and provide clear direction to direct reports and the wider team/key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent significant related experience
  • proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • proven experience and expertise in developing innovative and enduring solutions
  • previous programme management and reporting experience with knowledge of programme management methodology (ideal)
  • strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience working at a senior management level
  • sound experience in fields such as Asset Development, Property Management, Business Improvement, Solution Design or similar.
