Full-time, permanent position

This role can be based in any Housing New Zealand office nationwide and some travel may be required.

Reporting to the National Portfolio Manager, we are looking for an exceptional leader with experience in working within specialist land specific arena. You will have the ability to provide expert advice to our Portfolio Management and Asset Development teams on all land related matters and ensure that identified strategic benefits are obtained from our land assets, one of New Zealand's largest.

With the assistance of one direct report, this role is responsible for:

  • ensuring accuracy and compliance of land information
  • providing technical advice and solutions for land titles and Crown land matters
  • improving business processes to ensure land assets are managed to best advantage
  • mitigating HNZC/Crown risk exposure in a land specific context.
