The role

The Senior Planning Analyst is part of the Reporting and Analytics team and reports to the Reporting and Analytics Manager. This role is responsible for working in consultation with Planned Programmes, other Maintenance teams and key stakeholders to develop plans for delivering maintenance programmes to our assets. The role also contributes to the wider reporting and analytics deliverables

What you'll need to bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Accounting or significant experience in a similar analytical role is required preferably with knowledge of property maintenance principles and/or experience in maintenance analysis would be desirable
  • Experience in the design, maintenance and life cycle of property construction desirable
  • Demonstrated strong analytical thinking and problem solving with large data sets and/or data warehouse systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good stakeholder relationships through consultation and partnership
