The role:

This is a hands on role where that you will be visiting offices and interacting with staff and our stakeholders. You will be able to effectively manage and administer the day-to-day operation and control of end user devices ensuring the reliability, security, integrity and cost effectiveness of Housing New Zealand's end user device environment.

You will design and develop low to medium complexity ICT infrastructure components (i.e. standard images) for end user support to meet business and technical requirements and you will provide second and third level operational support of end user devices (i.e. workstations, laptops, tablets, mobile and satellite phones) and technical integration with other devices).
