Housing New Zealand has important work to do and our aspirations are big. We believe that people do their best within an environment of trust, care, contribution, humility and learning. We also do our best when we take personal responsibility to achieve our shared vision and maintain a working environment we are proud of.

  • Ability to present logical analysis, debate issues credibly and influence decision makers
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships and working effectively with staff at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven problem solving, synthesis and analytical skill and experience
  • The ability to deal with complex issues and to think 'outside the box' when determining solutions to problems
  • Experience in deploying processes and/or systems changes in a complex environment
  • Experience in the use of standard business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining an understanding of the big picture
  • Desirable experience with Agile and Joint Application development methodologies

What we offer
