Mō tēnei tūranga - About the role
Would you be interested in a busy and varied administration role in an organisation dedicated to helping our communities? Fire and Emergency New Zealand is looking for a motivated, energetic and organised Business Services Coordinator to join our Wellington Central based team. Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you'll be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding administrative support.
General responsibilities include performing a wide range of services such as:
- General office administrative duties
- Responding to public and internal enquiries
- Project coordination and administration
- Event management
- Business process improvements
Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, has experience working as part of a team, is motivated, flexible and has a proactive outlook towards improving business processes within an organisation.
We are offering a part-time, fixed-term role of 30 hours per week to cover a period of parental leave, with a flexible workday pattern to be mutually agreed. This is an entry level role with an hourly rate of $27.91, rising to a maximum of $31.00 for candidates with proven admin experience.
