  • Annual salary of $71,545 plus five weeks leave

The role

Our vision is 'building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Greenlane, Auckland based team. In this role you will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruitment expertise to Hiring Managers and ensuring candidates enjoy a professional experience throughout the selection processes.

You will support the Senior Recruitment Advisors in developing approaches to workforce planning, implementing leading edge talent identification and sourcing strategies and using innovative recruitment methods and tools to attract the best talent. In addition to this you will establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment strategies are in place to meet business needs.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Previous internal and/or external recruitment experience, including overseeing end to end processes
  • Proven influencing and negotiations skills
  • Excellent organisational, time management and prioritising skills
  • Experience working in a confidential environment with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong experience in writing effective advertising
  • Knowledge of end-to-end 'best practice' recruitment
