  • A collaborative approach to working with the wider OD team, People Group and key stakeholders as you scope, design, develop and implement learning solutions in a variety of mediums
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management
  • Skilled in designing, developing and delivering organisational learning products

People Group exists to enable our people to deliver Our Business. Particular emphasis is placed on supporting Police's 2000+ people leaders with the goal of improving their leadership and management capability.


The Organisational Learning Team (part of the OD team) develops and delivers learning that:

  • builds manager capability in management soft skills;
  • supports all staff to use our HRMIS (MyPolice) with confidence and as intended


The purpose of our Senior Advisor Organisational Learning is to identify, develop, implement and evaluate organisational learning products and services, focussed on building the skills, knowledge and experience of Police's workforce.  This role also delivers online learning and content management expertise.
