We work in partnership with individuals, communities, businesses and other public sector agencies to achieve our vision of Safer Communities Together.  The People group (HR) provide advice and service to 12,000 employees across the country, with particular emphasis on supporting Police's 2000+ people leaders with the goal of improving their leadership and management capability.  As part of the People group, Organisational Development (OD) combines Organisational Development, Organisational Learning and Organisational Psychology to design and deliver solutions that build the management, leadership and cultural capability of our people.

As Principal Advisor Organisational Development you will lead a team of six to deliver OD strategy, systems, products and services in collaboration with the wider People group and our customers. Your role will be focused on planning and managing the execution of OD activities to support the People strategy, and respond to business needs. You will need a sound understanding and experience in working across the variety of OD work streams, be an innovative and effective problem solver, and skilled in turning talk into action.
