  • Permanent full time role

  • Annual salary of $71,545 with five weeks annual leave

The role

Our vision is 'building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting for an Educational Design Advisor to join our central Wellington based team. In this role you will be responsible for the design, development and management of our learning and capability content to support the delivery of our Capability strategy.

You will develop and implement critical content within our educational framework, and support the Educational Designer with development and implementation. Alongside this you will build and maintain effective and proactive working relationships across the organisation and contribution to the performance and success of the Capability and wider HR teams.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Experience in the development of multimedia and online learning platforms
  • Experience in the development of learning resources
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to research, collate and analyse information with the ability to present reports
  • Instructional design and course development skills
  • Experience and practice with all aspects of online facilitation and support
