Remuneration Band G $67,261 - $91,000

New Zealand Police have an advanced health, fitness and wellbeing program for our staff, and are seeking a dynamic health and fitness professional to join our team.


SKILLS - To be considered for this role, you must be able to:

  • Deliver fitness testing for employment processes
  • Develop & deliver strength and conditioning programs
  • Identify risks, trends and opportunities through health & lifestyle interventions
  • Collaborate & engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Develop & maintain a wide range of positive relationships


EXPEREIENCE - You must have:

  • 3 year's experience in strength & conditioning, or exercise science or health and fitness delivery to diverse populations


CORE COMPETENCIES - You will demonstrate the following:

  • Communicate - Level 1 Individual Contributor
  • Deliver - Level 1 Individual Contributor
  • Partner - Level 1 Individual Contributor

  • First Aid Certification



  • A tertiary qualification (Bachelor Degree) in Exercise Science, Health Science, Human Movement, Physical Education or related field
