The role

As Maintenance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing support to the Regional Maintenance team and helping to ensure maintenance work is accurately and efficiently processed in our systems. You will also work collaboratively with other HNZ teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • proven experience working with high volume systems work - processing of jobs, invoices and orders on our systems
  • some housing maintenance knowledge
  • administrative support experience gained in a busy team environment
  • excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight time frames
  • ability to understand and apply processes and systems
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • sound judgement, discretion and ability to work under pressure with a minimum of supervision
  • computer literacy in Microsoft Office environment.
