  • Full-time role, fixed-term until February 2020
  • Based in our Central Wellington Office
  • Annual salary of $158,465 and with five weeks annual leave (pro rata)

The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this we are currently recruiting for an experienced Manager of Programme and Project Change to join our Central Wellington based team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans with outcomes that maximise employee adoption and meet objectives on time and within budget.

You will manage a team of Change and Engagement Specialists and Trainers who support Programme and Project Managers within the Project Practice team and also provide change support and training in change management. In addition to supporting projects throughout the business you will lead stand alone projects.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Strong experience embedding change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in applying and coaching the Prosci ADKAR Model
  • Broad experience in a Change Management role within a large organisation
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • A positive leadership style that encourages, supports and motivates staff
  • Specialist skills, knowledge and experience of how people go through change within a large organisation
  • Exceptional influencing skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels in a large organisation
