  • Annual Salary of $71,545 plus five weeks annual leave (Pro rata)

The role

Our vision is 'Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders'. To help achieve this, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Wellington based team. In this role, you will use your strong project coordination skills to support our project managers with documentation, plans and reporting on a range of our nationally significant projects. You will provide efficient and effective coordination services, and contribute to the performance of the team and the identification and implementation of service improvements.

What you'll need to bring:

  • Strong organisational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Experience providing coordination support in a large programme/project environment
  • Proven ability to produce written reports and presentation material
  • Ability to work across the business and effectively communicate with a variety of staff
  • Proven skills in Word, Excel, Visio and MS Project
  • A proactive, enthusiastic and energetic approach, with the ability to work with minimal supervision on a day to day basis
  • Initiative and sound judgement
